Taddle Creek Montessori School employs AMI and MACTE accredited teachers in all of is programs. AMI (Association Montessori International) is the worldwide organization founded by Dr. Maria Montessori in 1929 to set international standards in Montessori education. MACTE (Montessori Accredited Council for Teacher Education) is a North American accreditation council. Our Primary staff members are required to have taken the Kinder music program "Cycle of Seasons," to integrate an enriched creative music and movement program with the Montessori program. Primary and Elementary teachers observe other classes, participate in workshops and attend courses as part of their continuing professional development and in supplement to their university degrees.

CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS have child care background and most have University degrees. Assistants are required to have completed the AMI Assistants Program or an equivalent. Before and after school care is supervised by experienced child care workers.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT STAFF work closely with the Principal to support our teachers in offering the highest quality of Montessori education. All staff members possess updated first-aid certification.
